Larry Goldstein established Campus Strategies, LLC in 2001 to provide services to colleges and universities as well as organizations serving higher education. In addition to serving as president of the firm, Larry is actively involved with various national higher education organizations (e.g., APPA, NACUBO, SCUP) dedicated to the betterment of higher education institutional operations.
Larry formerly served as the senior vice president and treasurer of NACUBO - the National Association of College and University Business Officers. In this role he directed advocacy and programmatic activities related to accounting and finance, business operations, and institutional effectiveness, in addition to overseeing NACUBO's management information systems and internal accounting operations.
He joined NACUBO in 1997 after spending 20 years in higher education financial administration. In his last campus position, he served as the University of Louisville's chief financial officer. Before joining U of L, he held administrative appointments with The University of Chicago, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and the University of Virginia. Prior to entering higher education financial administration, he worked as a tax associate with Touche Ross & Company.
Along with being a certified public accountant, Larry earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Walsh College and a Master of Science degree from the University of Virginia.
